Payment:
Laughy Sapphy accepts PayPal Credit Cards only for all purchases.
Shipping:
For digital files, you will receive an email with 1-2 business containing the attachment for the invitation.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Items will not be refunded due to personalization once the item is made. Regarding personalized t-shirts, after 24 hours of purchase, no changes can be made to your order.
Additional Policies:
For all digital files, it is required to have basic computer skills. Every customer needs to know how to download, save, and upload a file. If using an online print service to make your digital file, you should know how to create a store account (I.e. Walmart.com) and place the order. If printing inside a print store, you should know how to upload files to a flash drive, memory card, or a compact disc and navigate the self-service photo lab in the store. If printing at home, you should know how to navigate your printer and settings for best quality (usually in the printer "preferences" tab). Although instructions are given with your purchase, it is recommended that you have a foundation of basic computer skills.
